Ikon Trading - beauty solutions
Since 2005 Ikon Trading has been supplying professional cosmetics to beauty salons in Romania, and starting with 2014 our activity spread to Republic of Moldova.
Each year means a new step for us - at the moment our portfolio encompasses roughly 2000 clients with more than 800 beauty salons and sole traders being monthly invoiced.
The team we managed to develop is our biggest achievement. With age average of 28 years old, the sales force is represented by 17 people divided in 2 distinct divisions, helped by 5 coleagues at the offices in Cluj-Napoca. Personally, I try to interfere with their duties as little as possible, which proves to be difficult sometimes.
We partly owe the success to our reliable partners. It was due to their help we could launch our brands in the Romanian market.
Enjoying our activities we also enjoy ourselves. That is why we have the feeling we have put behind us the first 10 most difficult years. The next following ones should be less of a hassle.
