The tasting method with Luca Maroni and Marius Iosif

 We invite you to discover a new tasting method created and presented by Luca Maroni. The tasting method will be experienced along with four italian wines.

 Luca Maroni was born in Rome on 19.09.1961, he graduated in economics and commerce in 1961. Between 1987-1989 he collaborates with Luigi Veronelli (creator of the first guide to Italian wines), write articles for the magazine l'ETICHETTE and produces first Newsletter dedicated to Italian wine called Ex Vinis. In 1990 he creates and promotes LM Edizioni company and publishes the first regular issue of The Taster Of Wine. In 1993 came the first edition of the guide "Yearbook of the best wines in Italy" book which includes approximately 2,000 wine producers and more than 10,000 wines tasted every year. He creates his own tasting  method called "Pleasure of Wine" Wine Tasting and in 1995 writes in Italian Encyclopedia Treccani. For over 15 years he organizes Sensofwine, an event which in the last three years has turned into "I Migliori Vini Italiani".
After some research in 2012 he was honored by the University of Messina with the title of Doctor Honoris Causa in Oenogastronomic Science.
From 1988 to 2014 he has tasted over 200,000 wines.

Marius Iosif was born in 1972 in Tirnaveni (Mures) and the age of 22 years arrives in Italy and begins collaboration with Luca Maroni since 1998. In 2003 he was promoted to Logistic Manager of the Luca Maroni - Lm company and  until today he is part of the core organizer of events created by the company in Italy, Europe and USA. In 2010 he was nominated General Director of international tastings.
From 1998 until now he has tasted over 120,000 wines.
