WineUp Official Selection at Casa Barolo

The first ground zero level meeting between the Master Sommelier, Master of Wine, national and international specialists, and the wines that were registered in the evaluating tasting WineUp Official Selection, will take place Thursday, March the 31st, at Casa Barolo!

We are preparing a full day of intense tasting with two jury commisions represented by: Essi Avellan Master of Wine, Peter McCombie Master of Wine, Adam Pawlowski Master Sommelier, Elod Adam Wine Educator, Kormos Zoltan dipWSET, Ioana Bidian Micu organizer of WineUp.

Tens of wines that belong to the producers that are also exhibitors at WineUp Fair in Transylvania will be tasted, evaluated and retasted for establishing the WineUp Official Selection. The organization of the event respects the rules of any profiling contest, based on professionalism and equity. The final scores and the top of the selection will be officially announced at the WineUp Gala Dinner!
